Grow Groups:
What is a Grow Group? Grow Groups are relationship and prayer based gatherings. Grow Groups are a connecting point where friendships begin, fellowship takes place, and community happens. Eight to twelve adults meet regularly to use prayer, Bible study, and discussion to build nurturing, dependable relationships with fellow disciples.
Why Grow Groups?
Grow Groups make a big church feel small. They create smaller, more personal settings for people to create authentic relationships with God and others, in a nurturing, confidential environment. Grow Groups create more groups by growing new leaders.
Where do Grow Groups meet?
Groups can choose where to meet. Some groups meet at King’s Way, group member’s homes, coffeeshops, etc.
When Do Grow Groups meet?
Grow Groups meet at whatever time best suits the group.
How do I join a Grow Group?
Attend GroupLink. GroupLink is an introduction to life in a Grow Group. You will get a feel for what a Grow Group is like, meet people already involved with groups, and have a chance to find a group you might like to join.

Missions and Outreach
King’s Way has many opportunities to serve the community, in a variety of ways. The organizations listed below benefit from our ongoing support of time, service, grace, and funding.
Rare Breed Youth Center:
The Rare Breed Youth Outreach Center (RBYOC) serves youth ages 13 through 20 and fills a gap in local services by focusing on 17 year old youth that are estranged from their families, too young to access services on their own, yet too old to be served by the state children services safety net.
Crosslines:
Crosslines fights poverty in Greene County by combining the efforts of many churches in the area. Crosslines keeps a stocked emergency food bank, they provide Holiday meal baskets, as well as disaster supplies, school supplies, gas vouchers, bus passes, and more.
Wilder Elementary:
Wilder Elementary is located in King’s Way’s neighborhood. As good neighbors, we provide many services to them. As a part of the Wilder backpack program we fill backpacks with snacks and meals to go home with students for the weekend so that we can ensure that they are fed when food may not be available at home. We also provide tutoring services and hospitality meals for teachers during MAP testing.
Ozark Food Harvest:
Ozarks Food Harvest is the Feeding America food bank for southwest Missouri, serving 250 hunger relief organizations across 28 Ozarks counties. The Food Bank reaches approximately 80,000 individuals monthly and distributes 12 million pounds of food annually. OFH was named the 2011 Small Business of the Year by the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, and it’s facility, the O’Reilly Center for Hunger Relief, recently received AIB International food safety certification.
